My take on this is it is a great product and works well for appetite suppresing and fat burning. I took it a few days only once a day to see how my body would adjust to it,and I did get sweaty and heart palpitations a little,but nothing major. I get that from drinking coffee and other stimulants sometime. I have high blood pressure and other health problems which is why I started out so small and stayed there so I do not do anything to affect my overall health. I did notice a little pick me up in energy,and I plan to take some more after I am off for a few days as they seem to last in your system for a day or 2.
