This bracelet is a really good idea,especially for people like me who have healh issues and you never know what may happen,and it is always good to have something like this on so they are alert to at least some of your health issues and what may have been the problem and help you more quickly. I have a few health problems and being able to write them on something in case I can't speak or I am not awake is very critical to me. It can be a matter of minutes worth of time,but enough time to save your life. The bracelet was not irritating which is a really good thing,because I won't be annoyed or tempted to take it off due to that issue. It leaves a little bit of giveaway so the bracelet is not tight,and it does stretch out when you need to take it off so there is no struggle. They do have multiple sizes as well and I am wearing an XL. Check out the website and look at what you can get for you and your family,even if it is not for health reasons,you can have information on a bracelet for your children and your parents and grandparents,especially those with dementia,parkinsons,and much more. This is worth the purchase.
