Skinny Stix comes in 3 flavors: electric lime,Berry Fusion,and Tangy Tangerine! The flavor is very tasty,and I love the shaker it comes in! I noticed when I made it the first time,I added the powder in first,and then added water on top of it,and it did not mix up as well. It took me forever to get the powder to come loose at the bottom of the shaker cup,even rinsing it out,so I added water the next time and then added the powder on top of it,and even though the powder sunk to the bottom still,it was way more loose and when I shook the water and skinny stix mix together,there was absolutely no residue at the bottom so if you do not want to have that issue, I would do it the 2nd way I mentioned.
All of the flavors taste good,but I am always partial to Berry Fusion flavor. I love how the bottle closes up tight and I can sip on it throughout the day,and I just started working out 3 weeks ago and I can take this to the gym with me to give me a boost of energy and good feeling to get my cardio and full body workout in! I also like to add a dance class into my 1 hour or a little over of cardio,and full body workout,and drinking this will get me through the rough tired patch!
