This hat is supposed to be adult sized,but it probably fits a child more then an adult,maybe even a young teenager. It was tight on my head,but it still somewhat went on. I even put it on my son in the picture below and it was tight on his head as well and he is 17 years old. The bandana is beautiful and my favorite color red of course so there were no problem with that aspect. I just wish the had was a little bit larger because I really did like it and wanted to wear it. :(
