I can definitely tell the difference when I am taking these Omega-3 capsules! I definitely needed something like this in my life because of the health issues I have going on,and then on top of that trying to go to the gym and make it through a workout every day is very challenging with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,along with a host of other health problems,this has been helping me with pain and inflamation! Fibromyalgia is very well known for causing wide spread pain through the body with inflammation as well,and it is nice to get on the treadmill and be able to go longer and not feel all the cartwheel feelings in my heart as much little by little like I use to. I have high blood pressure as well,and guaranteed when I just tried walking to another room to do something small I would get so winded so quickly. This has been helping all of that even when I go up the stairs, I do not feel like I have to catch my breath or I will pass out type of feeling. I slso notice I have better balance in my body and I am no always ready to fall as much as I use to be. I felt very off balance in my body like I could trip and almost fall so easily. If you have any of the problems listed, this product is true to word at least for my health problems!
