This product is small and convenient and can fit in your purse even! It is great for on the go in the car,in the office,or even just sitting at home on the couch even! When I started using it,right away I noticed the resistance and working the muscles to relieve stress immediately! It honestly felt good! You never realize how much stress is in your arms and back until you start using it and feel the difference after each use. I will carry this with me wherever I go! My son and husband have been grabbing up on it as well when I am not looking and using it. My son loves the way it feels when he uses it and the material is not annoying or rough to use. If this one breaks, we will buy more of them. We may end up buying more anyways because I don't like always lending mine out! lol
