This Vegetable Spiralizer is something I have been waiting to try and don't get me wrong, I am super glad I did. The only thing about it is I have arm strength,but not super arm strength and it does take a lot when you are turning any vegetable in it and to even get it to spiralize well. When I did it, I had a heck of a time getting a spiral of potato or anything,and my husband who has much more arm strength them I do was turning it,and he got it to spiral some,but then the blade on top cut him when he was trying to push down to get it to do what it needed to do. It was not down to the core or even close to needing the top piece to start using to turn. So it was not the easiest of applicances to use,but I do like it overall and will work it with some more. My husband was pretty upset that it sliced his finger pretty good,so again you do have to use force when driving it in. It is not an easy process,at least for us it was not.
