The directions say to mix 8 oz of your favorite beverage in with 1 pack of the Pure Whey Protein Isolate in a shaker cup. Shak for 25-30 seconds and then you are ready to drink away! As you see in the pictures, I had a glass so I did put something over it to shake it up,because I forgot to put it in a shaker cup.
I used white milk with mine,and the flavor I chose was chocolate.
I tried it first and then I let my son try it and we both that it was great tasting! It was not some harsh or disgusting shake mix that would be intolerable to go down. It actually tasted great! My son really loves it and wants me to buy some more, so I will be doing so when I am on the last package. It was not to thick,but kind of like a thickened up healthy chocolate milk if that makes sense? I love it when it is something that is good for me,and taste great. It makes the diet more enjoyable! lol You should definitely try your own,because this is one of the shake mixes that will help you stay on with your goals to lose weight and more. When you drink a full glass you stay full and you do not have cravings to eat everything in sight.
