When I read the back of the small canister,it said it only needed 1/2 teaspoon with 3 oz of hot water for each usage and I figured that would make it last a decent amount of time. The lid underneath was sealed with a pull back tab to open it.

Then after I opened the tab lid,there was a silver bag inside of that which needed opening so I figured the product was pretty sealed during shipping which made me feel safer when opening my product.

As you can see the color green that is in the package and it really did not have a bad smell to it or really any strong smell that stood out. It had a healthy powder smell which was pretty lightly scented.I added my 1/2 teaspon of green tea powder with 3 oz of hot water,wisked in zig zags until it became frothy like the directions said and then gave it a taste!

If you are use to sweet tasting teas then you may want to add a little something to sweeten it up definitely. It was a flat,yet a semi strong taste of green tea coming through. It is not about the taste however,it is about the facts of what it does for your body inside and out and it has been working great for me so far! I love how the energy I get from it is not through the roof from a strong caffeine high,and I need something that slowly keeps me going all day and gives me mental clarity and more and this product definitely does that. I plan to buy more actually when I get done with this canister. I have Fibromyalgia and so far,this has been helping with clarity so far and helping with other issues. If anything changes I will do a blog update as I have not been on it that long,but it works no doubt! Give it a try! You will not regret it! Cheers!

When you open the package of five pouches,warning to not shake it out everywhere because the lids are not on it and I did and I had lids rolling everywhere on my kitchen floor! (laughing) You must place the lid on first before doing anything else because you will be turning the pouch upside down and opening the bottom to pour your drink,smoothie,or whatever through that part.

Then you seal the bottom back up well,turn over and presto! You can drink out of the top now by screwing the lid off,and drinking whatever you like out of it!

 My son definitely likes using them and he is 17 years old and wants to take these to school with him!

 He takes Culinary Arts class and can drink the juice out of it when he is at school,rinse it out and then store what he wants in the pouch and bring it home if he has nothing! I highly recommend anyone wanting to use this safe and effective product for on the go or in their home to store things in the freezer and more,you should definitely buy it! I do give a warning that this product is NOT microwave safe in case you needed to know that before purchasing. Happy buying!

5 Hour Energy Drink Review

I really liked the taste and flavor to this energy boost! I drank it warm so the pink lemonade flavor had some pretty good pucker power to it,but tasted great! I really needed the energy to get up and get some cleaning done,and when Fibromyalgia flare ups happen with me,it can really put cleaning or doing anything to the test! This shot of energy got me through the my clean up,and I am so thankful it did not give me the jitters like drinking coffee would or have my heart racing which means a lot. I am so happy that I did not have to deal with the extreme exhaustion on top of that which can be quite challenging day by day to even get out of the bed. It gives you an even out energy boost that gradually increases to where you barely even notice it is happening because you are busy doing what you have to do,and before you know it and realize it,you are half way done. I will be buying this 5 hour energy again and sharing how great it worked to my friends and family so they can buy their very own. I think they will also appreciate the fact they offer different flavors,decaf and much more for them to choose from. Seventh Generation Natural Hand Wash Review

I absolutely loved using this product! From when I very first started washing my hands, I could see the dirt washing off within the lather,and my hands did not feel dry after using the product. My hands felt soft and cleansed with a light fragrance of Mandarin Orange and Grapefruit to it for me to enjoy. It did not smell medicine like or like a hospital or sanitizer,it smelled like something I would enjoy using after fixing meals,using the bathroom and much more! It is not a super heavy lather that is hard to rinse off. It rinses off very quickly,but gives a great clean in the process. This product is highly recommended to anyone wanting a natural handwash to use on their skin to leave it soft and clean with a light fragrance!
