I received a free sample of Nature's Bounty Hair,Skin, and Nails formula from Smiley360 in exchange for my honest review of the product so here it goes!

I started taking this product over a week ago,and they taste so good,you forget they are healthy and doing something good for you actually! It is definitely hard to stop wanting to eat them because they taste like some very delicious strawberry gummies! It made me want to go to the store and look for some strawberry gummies to be honest. LOL

Now for the bad part which is not the fault of Natures Bounty. I started not feeling well and getting kind of sick like extra tiredness and feeling sick to my stomach,and chest and arm pains, and I am already on a prenatal pill that is prescribed by my doctor and other medicines. I did call my doctor,pharmacy,the company hotline to double check things and tell them all what I take to make sure it was safe and I was told there should not be a problem.

There was actually, and I think it may have been reacting with the prenatal pill. I am not pregnant, I just take the prenatal pill for extra iron and other things it gives my body that is very much needed. I may have been getting to much of something, I am not sure,but whatever it was made me put the pill bottle down after almost 2 weeks and be done. Really mad because I wanted to improve my hair,skin and nails definitely. That is the only issue,beyond that, Everything else was great, and I did give the rest of the bottle to my daughter to take to see how it helps her because she is not on any medications and has seen these at the store and wanted to try them,but was not sure,so she is going to see how they help her and let me know! She has taken them a few days already and no problems so far so good,so was probably just my personal reaction. :)
