My Crowdtap Ragu Mission!

I received this product for free from Crowdtap in exchange for my honest review and my opinion is 100% soley my own. I received a coupon and a card with information on it in the mail which was plain and simple to the point! My coupon was for one free jar of Ragu sauce of my choice,and the value of the coupon was maximum of $2.50 so basically for a 1 pound jar.

I chose the chunky garden style Ragu! I was going to choose another one,but I needed extra sauce for my Baked Spaghetti,so I bought a 1 pound jar and a 2 pound jar of chunky garden style Ragu. Baked Spaghetti is a family favorite passed down from my grandmother and mother,down to me making it for my family. I love all of the Ragu sauces no doubt,but this one is the absolute best one of all in my eyes! I make my baked spaghetti with a 1 pound box of regular spaghetti,almost 2 pounds of hamburger (I have used bonesless skinless chicken breast before as the meat in my baked spaghetti),4-6 cups of mild shredded cheddar cheese( 4 cups mixed in the spaghetti,and 2 cups on top) and then a 2 pound jar of chunky garden style,with a 1 pound jar on the side for extra sauce if I need it.

 I have my oven preheated to 350 degrees and after making my recipe, I put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and presto! Absolutely quick and delicious favorite meal of my family and friends!

Smiley360 Crest Sensi-Stop Strips for Tooth Sensitivity Mission Review!

I first wanted to start off by saying I received this product for free from Smiley360 in exchange for my honest review!

This is my review on Crest Sensi-Stop Strips for Tooth Sensitivity 12 treatments. I took these strips out of the box and packaging, and then took one of the solo packets out to give this product a try,because my tooth on the left in the back was DEFINITELY hurting!

 The individual packet to put on my gumline was a small gel side down little piece that you put on your gumline/tooth area where they meet at. 

You apply where the pain and sensitivity is for 10 minutes,and then you remove it,and you can't drink or eat anything for 30 minutes after taking it out.

 I had a little difficulty getting it in the back on the left side,because when I stuck it back there it would try to ball up and fold up,so I did not really care for that part,but I finally got it in(still crinkling up some),and after I took it out, my pain is GONE! I am so happy! I get a lot of pain back there to the point of where I thought it was a cavity on that side,and I went to the dentist, and they told me it was sensitive gums was all,and they gave me sensitivity toothpaste and a toothbrush to use and sent me on my way. Well, needless to say, that did not work to well for me unfortunately. I felt I had nothing to lose taking this product,so I put it back there and presto! No pain,and I am really looking forward to putting it to the full test,because it is supposed to give you lasting pain relief for a month at a time,so we will see if it holds up to that month,but right now it is doing a WONDERFUL job! Thank you Crest Sensi-Stop Strips for Tooth Sensitivity! You helped me get through the day a lot better!

 My opinion is so far so good! I have not taken this pill every day due to I know you are not supposed to. I use it about once or twice a week so I do not get dehydrated etc. I have felt like I am not dragging in energy as much when it cleanses me out,and I do feel more energy also feel like I am losing weight! Nothing major yet,but I am a few pounds less then I was which is always a happy and positive sign to keep you going to lose more! This will help you lose weight,help get rid of cholesterol, get rid of the toxins out of your body,and much more. I love that it does fat burning and metabolism boosting! I really needed those as well! Other things this product is good for: It supresses your appetite,burns fat without exercise,but of course it is always recommended to exercise no doubt,Increases metabolism and energy, and raises the GOOD cholesterol!This product is NOT harsh on the stomach in making you feel like you should make a run for the bathroom and quick! It is slow and natural working,but everyone is different so it may work a little harder on you,but I definitely did not pick up harshness from it,and I have a sensitive stomach. If you feel better doing it the safe way,start out with one pill every once in a while,and work up from there gradually. With this being made in the USA especially, I feel safer taking it. My take on this is it is a great product and works well for appetite suppresing and fat burning. I took it a few days only once a day to see how my body would adjust to it,and I did get sweaty and heart palpitations a little,but nothing major. I get that from drinking coffee and other stimulants sometime. I have high blood pressure and other health problems which is why I started out so small and stayed there so I do not do anything to affect my overall health. I did notice a little pick me up in energy,and I plan to take some more after I am off for a few days as they seem to last in your system for a day or 2. I do that for my own health and situation,so I do not cause any issues,and after I see my doctor and make sure my blood pressure is ok, I will ask if it is ok to up my dosage to the twice a day it says on the bottle. I have had a positive experience on this and I gave a few dosages to a couple of friends and family to get them to try the product and see how it does for them,because they were looking for something to help lose weight,and they really liked them! They told me they plan to get some in the near future! They of course did not have health problems,so it had a different affect. My experience with these colon cleanse capsules is really positive! I  do not take colon cleansers ever day,due to I heard it can cause problems with dehydration and more if you take it every day. I took them for a day or 2 every week or every other week depending on how I felt so I could stretch my pills a little longer as well for when I needed a really good cleansing. When I read the directions on this particular cleanser, it gave the warning of decreasing the intake of red meat,dairy,and wheat, and INCREASING water and fiber intake. It also does say on the bottle to be taken ocassionally and do not exceed more then 10 days in a row. You should also test out your stomach to make sure what your tolerance level is by taking 1 capsule twice daily,then increasing to 2 capsules twice daily if you feel you need a little more. Do not take if you have diarrhea or IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and you should ALWAYS consult your doctor before starting any kind of capsules,pills, etc.

They have definitely worked for me,and I could tell I needed a good cleaning out,and I was feeling tired and sluggish like my body was not empyting out the bad stuff until a couple of days later. Now I am taking this, I notice my bloating has went away alot more,and I do not feel as sluggish! I will continue these and pray they keep working! They are doing so far so good! I will keep updating if things change! I have not hit the 4 pills a day mark,and I may not have to with the cleansing I am feeling from just 2 a day. I do not want to push it that is for sure. Highly recommended to take for all. Above 18 that is. lol

Her Darkest Hour EBook Review

My take on the EBook Her Darkest Hour is I had no idea it was surrounding religion in any way. I thought it was based  upon a woman who had gone through her darkest times yes,but there were alot of religious sections within the bible included in the book as well. I am not downing it for that,because when we are at our darkest out, many of us turn to Jesus and turn our lives around. It was just a different turn then what I expected. I do not knock anyones religious points of view,what so ever so to each their own.

It is nice to read about someone elses traumatic events,and I do not mean that in a bad way. There are often times where we feel alone and no one understands what we go through in our mind with complete turmoil and confusion,and you definitely get that feel from the story in the book. I personally know a couple of people who have succeeded at suicide and a few who have attempted suicide,but never quite went through it. I have been through a spell myself trying to do it,so it is a VERY touchy subject. I have 2 friends who have had abortions as well,one of them has done at least 3 of them which is very disturbing,but I do not stop loving her to make her feel like she is nothing,because she knew if she had the children she aborted, she would not have been able to keep them. They would have been given up for adoption or something. I bring those personal subjects up because I felt like I was revisiting those situations again reading this book.

 Dark and disturbing material to read does not bother me,because I have had a pretty traumatic life in some areas,so to see the depth of this story go where it goes,it was like looking through someone elses eyes of how they had to deal with these issues. Forgiveness is the key to anything,because you have to realize that there is only one true judge and that is God. To many try to do the job for him,and we are not in authority to do so. The moral I get from this book is to love and support however you can,because not forgiving can weigh down on your soul and the other persons as well. This book was a great read,and something I would purchase after reading what it was about. I would recommend to family and friends as well to read this to maybe even change their lives.
